Executive Chef Arnaud Faye, appointed by Hotel Director Pascal Groell to oversee the hotel’s two restaurants, was awarded the coveted star for his culinary savoir fair by Michelin, the esteemed French guide to fine dining.
“Earning this prestigious accolade within our first five months is a testament to our commitment to providing an exceptional guest experience in Chantilly at Auberge du Jeu de Paume. I am delighted to be celebrating this most sought after culinary honor with Arnaud Faye and his team,” said Pascal Groell.
Arnaud Faye, the 33 year-old Auvergne native, who has worked as a chef with Michel Roth at the Ritz’s Espadon and Thierry Marx at the Mandarin Oriental Paris, manages all of the hotel’s restaurant services.
