 The Ritz-Carlton, Naples culinary team is embracing 2013 with the return of the resort’s popular cooking classes. During the class, students will learn how to create menu masterpieces that are sure to delight friends and family.

In addition to learning how to create delicious menu options, such as soy-ginger Halibut, beef satay and smoked duck salad, the chefs will share new and classic cooking techniques allowing students to expand their culinary repertoire at home.  The classes, located in The Spa on the patio of =H2O+ Café, feature an interactive demonstration, an ample menu tasting and take-home recipes.  Reservations are now being accepted for the following classes:

April, 3 - Any Cheese with all that Wine: Make Mozzarella, How to Cheese Platters 
April, 10 – Bond, James Bond: Dirty Martini, Ritz on the Blitz
