Visit California: Winter Deals

California welcomes back winter after the recent storm that added four to six feet of fresh powder to already solid snow bases at resorts in Northern and Central California. With more snow in the forecast, Visit California and its winter resort partners along the Sierra Nevada are celebrating the season’s first major storm with 50+ Ski and Stay accommodation deals and lift ticket promotions at Visit California Winter Deals.

Here’s a sample of California snow accommodation deals and lift ticket promotions include:

Northern California

Heavenly on the House - Ski Free, Stay Free Deals from $325 per person/per night.

Any booking between three to ten nights at participating Heavenly Lake Tahoe lodging receives one night accommodation and one day of skiing/riding free. Price based on  double occupancy. Valid through April 15, 2012.

Squaw Valley Stay and Ski Free from $83 per person/per night.
For each night booked, receive two Adult lift tickets that are valid at both Squaw Valley and Alpine Meadows. Rates are per person/per night based on double occupancy. Rules, restrictions, and availability vary by property.

Central California

Dodge Ridge Winter Sports Area Kid’s Club Ski School deal from $119 per day

Home of the Burton Experience Snowboarding Learn to Ride Center, kids can learn the finer skills of skiing and riding in a small group atmosphere with their peers. Cost includes lift ticket, rental equipment and helmet as well as snacks/lunch.

Mammoth Mountain’s Slopeside Lift and Lodging Deal from $139 per person/per night
